Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the selected courier service.

2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are based on courier guidelines and may vary depending on destination and service type.

Customs clearance delays are outside our control and are not included in estimated delivery timeframes.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the shipping cost unless explicitly agreed in writing.

All customs duties, taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer or receiver.

4. Packaging Standards
All goods are packed securely in accordance with courier and industry standards to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

5. Tracking & Notifications
Tracking information will be provided once your shipment has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and communicating with the courier if required for delivery arrangements.

6. Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been dispatched.

Changes to delivery addresses or contact details after dispatch may result in additional courier charges and could cause delivery delays.
7. Prohibited & Restricted Goods
Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s import regulations before placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any items that violate courier policies or destination-country regulations.
8. Communication & Accuracy of Information
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses to prevent delays.

Plant and Machine Parts will not be responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
9. Import Duty Responsibility
For all international shipments, customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or clearance fees when the goods arrive in their country.

Failure to pay these charges may result in shipment delays, return of goods, or additional costs.

Customers should ensure that correct contact details and an active email address are provided so couriers and customs authorities can contact them promptly regarding duty payments or clearance requirements.
If an order is returned to us due to unpaid import duties and taxes, we will process a refund once the item has been received back at our facility.
Please note:

The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

A 5% administration fee will also be applied.
